Your data is used to provide the konvenient.ai service — extracting tasks, organizing your workflow, and executing actions you approve. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in our database with row-level security policies. API keys and OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted vault. All connections use TLS encryption.
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to export all your data and permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion removes all your data from our systems.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other services you connect. These integrations access only the data you authorize and can be disconnected at any time without losing your local data.
6. Analytics & Monitoring
We may use Google Analytics and Sentry for usage analytics and error monitoring. These services collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the product.
